Internet orders are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Deliveries
Our delivery charge is $15 per item (less on some items) anywhere in Australia.

FREE DELIVERY TO ANYWHERE IN BENDIGO.

• We despatch orders the very next day after receiving them (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during office hours only.
• No Deliveries are made on weekends or Public Holidays.
• Couriers will be used for most deliveries. Where this is not possible Australia Post will be used and the item will be sent via registered post.
• Below is a guide to our expected delivery time frames as advised by our couriers. Delays are rare but may occur if our courier gets held up due to unforseen circumstances.
  • Melbourne Metropolitan & CBD & Central Victoria - Usually next day but could be 2 days from order placement
  • NSW & ACT- Canberra, Sydney & Wollongong - deliveries take 1-2 days.  Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers deliveries take 2-3 days.  Rural NSW - deliveries take 3-7 days.
  • QLD - Gold Coast, Brisbane - deliveries take 2-3 days. Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Mackay Townsville - delivery takes 3-7 days. Cairns - deliveries take 7-10 days.
  • SA - Adelaide, Mt Gambier - deliveries take 1-2 days. 
  • TAS - Launceston, Hobart - deliveries take 2-3 days.
  • WA - Perth - deliveries take 7-10 days
  • NT and all Remote Locations Australia Wide - take approx. 7-10 days from order placement
• Express deliveries can be arranged - please contact to discuss.
• Deliveries can be made to ANY overseas location, please call or e-mail for delivery charge and estimation of time.

If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the gift at the door step a colling card will be left or he will try again a few times before the parcel is returned to us.  There will not be any extra cost involved in this service, unless the parcel is returned to us and needs to be re-addressed.

We can arrange express delivery through Australia Post Guaranteed Next Day Service to almost anywhere in Australia (this service not avaialbe to some remote areeas). Please contact to discuss costs and timing.

Please make sure that you provide correct delivery details, otherwise an extra delivery fee will be incurred.  We do not take any responsibility for wrongly addressed parcels.

We strive to get our parcels delivered quickly and we guarantee to dispatch gifts the day after we receive your order.

Hospital Deliveries
If you choose delivery to a hospital:

• Be certain that recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made.]
• If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to her home.  If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you.
• Please do not address the order to the baby.
• Please ensure to provide us with the mother's full name, room number, and ward and level (if applicable).

There is FREE delivery to Bendigo Local Hopsitals.

Substitution of Products
In the event that a product is unabailable or out of stock at the time of ordering we reserve the right to substitute that product with another similar item.  We do guarantee that the replacement item will be qual to or greater in value than the original item.  We will let you if a subsitute is required.

Use of Personal Information
Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.

Your email address is added to our newsletter database.  Our newsletter is sent approximately 2 to 3 times a year and includes new products, specials and upcoming events.  If you would like us to manually remove your name from the mailing list please send us an email including your name and email address and we will remove it within 48 hours.  info@preciousheirlooms.net

Internet orders are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our office is open Monday to Friday.  Our office is closed on Public Holidays and weekends.

Feel free to contact us for telephone orders.  We are happy to take your order over the phone.

If we are busy or unavailable you will be diverted diretly to an answering machine.  We will return your call as soon as we are avaiable.  All calls and enquiries are answered the same business day.  If you need to speak to someone urgently you can call our mobile number.

Online orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.

Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or your gift has any fautls, we are happy to provide you with a FULL REFUND on return of the gift or a gift replacement.
